Background:
Katharine House Hospice (KH) is a Stafford based charity that provides a range of services offering help, care and support for people with advanced life-limiting conditions.
As part of their overall fund-raising activity, KH use direct mail to contact their supporters for specific campaigns such as “light up a life” and “care for a cuppa”.
KH approached Pink Print because they were experiencing issues managing these campaigns.
The Challenges:
There were three main challenges for KH, the first was finding the right partner for each element of the direct mail campaign. They needed the right graphic design partner, the right print partner and the right mailing partner.
The second challenge was around managing these different suppliers and making sure that they worked together to deliver each campaign on time.
And the third challenge was getting the job done at the best possible price. After all, every pound saved is a pound that KH can use to help and care for someone in need!
The Solution:
The solution offered by Pink Print was to manage the whole campaign process for KH from the initial design, through the printing of the literature to the mailing out.
This allowed KH to have just one point of contact for the whole project which saved them time and stress.
Our inhouse graphic design team worked closely with the team at KH to create the artwork. This included the marketing piece, the letter and the envelope which was then printed, collated and mailed out to the KH supporters.
And more importantly because Pink Print managed the whole process, we were able to save KH money on the project.
